Severe Stomach Cramps, take sips of cold non-boild milk

that night i woke up with the painful scream cum moans of my wife. I looked at my watch it was 2 am. I asked her the problem and she told me that she is having terrible cramps in belly.
i consider myself a handyman of home remedies and therefore i went to kitchen juiced one onion into a spoon and gave her to drink and was waiting for her to announce my triumph over ugly cramps....but for next many minutes she kept moaning and writhing in visible pain then i tried ajwain (carrom seeds) but victory over pain kept off from me. So in the end I called doctor who obviously wanted to avoid any interruption to his sleep so asked me to give her a glass of cold milk and if cramps still persists then he will come to my home to collect 100 USD.
That time i actually would have given him double if he would have come straight to my house, such was the magnitude pain but i was left with no other options then to look for cold milk packet in my fridge. with half heart i offered a glass full of milk to her and expecting no positive result started preparing myself to call the sleepy medics again......but....there was a  miracle, indeed it was nothing less  then a miracle...just after few sips of cold milk wife looked relaxed and now she was smiling lightly and there was no trace of any trouble on her face. I was finding it difficult to believe, pinched myself to check if i was dreaming, but it was a real miracle. In my heart i was appreciating the doc and was thanking him profusely for saving me my hard earned money.

hi how have you been n thanks for reading

Last week I got my new desperately awaited Camera. Sony SLT A55. Cant tell you how happy i was to hold it in my hand. I have been saving for it since almost a year now.
well excitement started fizzling out as I noticed that photography is not just point and shoot. Its purely an art assisted with strong modern technology of lens.
So far I have clicked more then 5000 pics and some after doctoring on my comp i have posted on my facebook account but i am still awaiting for that "the pic" from my camera which will be worth a post on my blogsite.
If recent discoveries are anything to go by then that day should not be very far. As every single day I have discovered a new button on my camera with an alternative function attached to it.
Worst part was dealing with soft image and best part is I have discovered the hidden formula and experiments are on so folks I hope wait will not be long.
see you soon with some decent images soon.

Chef the body builder

Go through these pics carefully. First pic shows pure body mass then it progresses to bulge then third one shows curls and shapes for pure touching pleasures. That pops simple question "can chefs be body builders far too easily then any other professionals. Key in your answers.

The art of hugging your girlfriend

In everyone's life there’s that moment - the five seconds where you pop in for a hug and a peck on the cheek when you meet and greet people. Cut short, with my step-by-step guide, the next time you’re in a social or professional situation with a future client or spouse, there will be no awkwardness - you won’t go red in the face or fumble and crash face first. In the first part of this series, I’ll walk you through hugging your girlfriend.

Hugging her should be simple, provided you know which buttons to press. Begin “slow”- pull her close and tight (but don’t strangle her), in a smooth butter-like movement. Make her feel sexy and desired. Once you feel her breadth between your ears and neck, try a combination of slow small clockwise circles and up-down and across movements with your palms on her back - making sure the palms remain in the middle because too high suggests friendship and too low gives the wrong idea.

Give her warmth and safety. Think bang opposite her belly button. Once she throws her arms around your neck, do a little lift (give her the feeling of sweeping her off her feet). Throw in little nothing puppy dog kisses on her ear lobes and mid neck and shoulder area. Once you have her back on her feet, and if she’s biting her lip, slide your hands in her jean back pockets (sneak up on her with a butt hug) keeping it very casual unless you’re alone and she wishes to go further.

If you’ve mastered this, hug her from behind and flirt with her belly area. Depending on the mood, tickle her belly button and love handles with feather like fingers. Remember, not all, but most women love to be cuddled. Again, think cute, funny, gentle and innocent – nerd like. Leave her room for imagination to build a story she’ll never forget.

My much desired baby doll

I am waiting like a child for my new DSLR Camera

Dear friends
As I have taken photography as my hobby for year 2011. I can see myself majoring on many technical issues related to photography. I have also zeroed on my DSLR that will be.... SONY SLT A55.
Unfortunately it is not availble in Kenya. I am trying desperately here n there to get it. I am getting desperate like a child gets for his candy. Desperation is so much that I might fly to Dubai for a day either alone or with family.
Lets see will keep you updated.
let me add a photo of my new baby doll

Cuisine of Kenya

Hi people
Karibu.
There is saying "once in Rome do what Romans do."
I was contemplating my Kenya connection is nearing its legal end and before I say Kwaheri I wanted to have a culinary tour of this beautiful country.
And at the end of this tour I should have compiled a log which can be printed in form of a cookbook or web hosted as future reference for one and all.

Any suggestions on timing of this tour, places to visit and other dos and dons will be cherished for lifetime.
It will be exciting if I can be accompanied by.
Idea is to pull out the natural cooking techniques, focus on the culinary part of a common Kenyans life which has not been focussed adequately so far.

Any Comments??
